I have only examined this briefly but on initial viewing it would seem that the current LEP states quite clearly that the desired future character should remain essentially unchanged, with any new development being limited to new detached housing of low impact and low intensity, located and grouped such that there is minmum disturbance of both vegetation and landforms.
Recent development proposals clearly ignore all the criteria intended to be followed by this locality statement.
2. No Save Our Suburbs Warringah does not support this development application. The proposal is totally out of character with the intent of the locality statement for this area.
