1.The Lep was never intended to allow such a DA, because the Da does not comply with the desired future characteristic of the area.
2.I think the proposal is wrong and do not support it.
3.Yes, the area must be protected against inappropriate development.
4. I brought in the IHAP to ADVISE the council, but I do not believe that an unelected committee should TELL the council what to do.
